Dash and Roy were together and then he fell for Aaliyah and left her (I can't remember if she was pregnant at the time). He describes Aaliyah as the greatest love of her life and it was only after Aaliyah died that they got back together. But many insiders say he isn't happy with Roy and think that they only together for the children's sake.
Imagine living in a world where the woman who took away your man is revered constantly through music and videos by hip hop artists.

Roy deserves so much better! (btw I love Aaliyah too )

After reading the article about her in the July Vogue, I can't feel too sorry for her. In the article, she pretty much admits that she always had goals of affluence and saw Dash as a way to achieve those goals. In other words, she was digging for gold.

It's so refreshing to have a woman (of ethnicity) who is involved in the hiphop business and doesn't wear flashy, bling-bling, look-at-me cheap look. The woman is class.

They always look unhappy together as a couple, to me they seem like a power couple, he has money, he helped launch her line, now she's a successful designer, blah... blah.... blah.. but thats just another assumption

See, I disagree with them. All the pictures I've seen with them, they look really happy together. They're (and especially, she's) ALWAYS smiling, and unlike other couples, they have a ton of pictures together, not alone. I thought they looked really happy until I read on here that everyone thinks they're on the brink of a breakup/unhappy/that Dash isnt over Aaliyah. P.S: Is she African American or is she Indian? I hear conflicting things.
