From catwalk castings, creating collections, arguments with taxi drivers and jet-setting all over the place, VOGUE.COM caught up with them to find out exactly what a day in their life is really like - spilling the stylish and sartorial beans throughout the month of April. "Tallulah wakes me up and 'asks' for me to start my day. We have breakfast together and some coveted one-on-one mommy-baby time. I feed the dog and have a cup of tea...mine in my rosebud china and Tallulah's in her bottle.

Rush, rush, rush to help Ava catch her bus.

Press preview run-through with Stefani, my sales and marketing director. Need to make sure all showroom samples are back in the office. When I get into the office I see my girls have almost taken care of everything; however, Elyse, my PR coordinator, makes a last minute run for Cala lilies.

Fabric appointment with the fabric mill, Gentilli. All fabric just arrived in from Premier Vision fabric show...each fabric is better than the next. How am I going to edit myself?? Spend too long chatting with the owner and now I am running late for my lunch with the extraordinary ALT at Sant Embroeus downtown.

Lunch turns into a two-hour, much needed, friend fest. After catching up on fantastic tales and getting much needed hugs and cuddles, it's back to the office for the massive fall 2009 first fitting.

Check Blackberry and learn that Christina Applegate is wearing the Daniela V-neck dress on David Letterman...amazing!!! I must remember to send her a note.

Three-hour fitting...Regis is perfecting each sample as only a doctor of proportion can do.

Ava starts calling to see what time I'll be home. I tell her I'll be home before she goes to sleep and that I'll be home earlier tomorrow night.

A quick stop at home. I give my baby a bath and spend the last two hours of her day with her. Quick wardrobe change, throw on some red lipstick, and it's out for a much needed stress-release with one of the loves of my life, Edward O'Sullivan, to discuss how lucky we are to work in the great world of fashion...I love my job, I love my girls." - Rachel Roy
