FINALLY some new stuff from Rachel! Even if it's "just" the Japanese issue (which must be great for her anyway as she grew up there) and "just" RAFW - I'm very happy to see her working again. That cover-shot is absolutely stunning  I truly hope there'll be more to come from her soon again - especially print-wise, I think that's where she delivers best.

She's looking so pretty :)
and "just" RAFW

I wish it wasn't like this though. RAFW is not very "just" anymore. Each year it gets better and better. I mean, looking at these pictures, the collections are amazing, but more so the whole runway and building is so creatively decorated. Apart from Chanel, what other show puts in such an effort? Ellery, Dion Lee, Romance Was Born, their catwalks are just extra WOW

^ Of course! I totally agree with you, that's also why I put the " around just;) I really think that these, rather small cities that maybe aren't seen as the fashion capitals (be it Rosemount, Berlin etc.) definitely are improving since the last years! Just look how London has managed to build up a name. Still, compared to the major cities there's quite a difference and regarding clients, of course it makes more of an impression to walk shows in NY/ Paris for instance than somewhere else. That's why I would really enjoy to see Rachel there aswell. But I'm happy that she's working anyway ^_^

Hmm, yeah I totally agree with you. I guess these smaller cities have more to strive for, have to work harder to reach higher levels. I mean I look at some shows out of New York, and their so uninspired and ugly. The clothes, the concepts, music, everything! They just take their position for granted. I did work experiance for an Australian brand, and I saw how they really have to be that extra bit creative to make it.

Rachel's cover for French Revue de Modes has been posted, but not the accompanying text-less shot. So I'll post together below.

It's quite remarkable she got one of the covers, considering the other cover models are all rather well known e.g. Coco, Tanya, Ali etc.
