^ I have a scanner, and I generally buy Yen, but I'm a bit put off by the second back issue it comes with. There's no explanation why, which confuses me. And I already have that issue so I don't want two. Anyway, so if I do buy it I'll scan her ed, plus some old ones from Oyster that havn't been posted.

The London Days (Featuring Rachel Rutt)






We were back in the UK again to do an editorial with this year's hottest model, the amazing Rachel Rutt. She stormed this year's New York Fashion Week and took New York by storm. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Japan and living in Australia, this Eurasian beauty from Next London just finished a shoot with Nick Knight for a brilliant new project called ShowStudio (at Sommerset House) and joined us for a fashion story shot on location in London's Spitalfields (W1).

Here just a sneak backstage preview of always positive Rachel and me, more coming soon to a glossy fashion bible "Modna" this autumn.

Rachel Rutt's Australian-Singaporean genes were a melting pot of unique beauty just waiting to boil over. She has that ability to look steamily hard and tough or sweetly innocent, as if by the flick of a switch; though when we snapped this photo backstage at LMFF (L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival) it was a rare glimpse of Rachel being neither. Just taking a peaceful moment outside in the sun, enjoying the calm before the storm.
