I'm a bit late to this thread, but I think Rachel is star! I remember first seeing her on the Pages cover (posted on page 1) and the editorial along with it and immediately looking for more pictures of her. She is adorable, yet her bone structure gives her the ability to pull off edgier looks. Can't wait to see what the future brings for this girl!
