Junya Watanabe?

Has talent, no doubt, and creates interesting designs, but overall I'm not really a fan. 6/10

Narciso Rodriguez

7.5/10 for menswear, he has some interesting use of fabrics, cuts and concepts in his collections but overall I find a lot of things in his collections either aren't very wearable or just don't stand out much to warrant such high prices. The womenswear collections seem amazing though, I'll give him 9/10 for women's.

edit: the above ratings are for J. Watanabe

Thom Browne?

Thom Browne?

1/10 There is no reason for this brand to exist. Ralph Lauren got us covered with the preppy garbage.

Stephan Schneider

Chic, urban. Looks good w/out trying too hard.
6/10

Calvin Klein Collection:

Not my favorite, I have seen better. Though there were a few pieces I really liked from fall collection. And props for the ad campaign. So... 6/10

Calvin...

I think the poster above me was discussing Costa, not Calvin:unsure: . Anyways, for me, Calvin was 9/10. His matte jersey collection, spring 96 I believe (along with Prada's sping 96 chinoiserie) was what started my whole love affair with fashion. He was never an over the top innovator like say, Galliano or Alaia, and never the tailor that McQueen is, but his contribution to the field is unparalled. He (along with Jill, Ann, and several others) was miminimalism, the look that defined the mid to late 90's. He was chic and minimal without being boring, sexy without being gauche. I love Calvin Klein. Costa is okay. Anyways, as you were . . .

4/10

A lot of the clothes don't appeal to me, and when they do it's still pretty iffy. The clothes are often very trendy, and lots of times uncreative.

Burberry Prosum

The FW2005 has a kind of moody feel to it and the scarf are fantastic....7/10

Dior Homme

Honestly, I've never looked at Dior Homme so I'll just have to rate on the Dior womenswear... the Dior logos plastered over half the clothes are awful, that's the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Dior. And sometimes the clothes are a little too wild, not really my taste.

Overall, 5/10

Roland Mouret

Strong vamp feminine while still being... well, soft. Ingrid Bergman would have adored him:heart:. 8.5/10

Betsey Johnson (this one otta be good..)B)

2.5/10

Sometimes I see potential in her work, but very rarely. Her line is great for teens in high school, but "high fashion" it is not. She really dissapointed me a couple seasons back when she used Playboy Bunnies to walk the runway! However, I was fairly impressed with her spring/summer 2005 show, particularly the vibrantly colored petticoats.

Rebecca Taylor

4/10 nice, feminine clothes, bit boring, always gets me mixed up with Cynthia Rowley (didnt't she work for Rowley?)
Daryl K

Rebecca Taylor... I'd have to say her work is quite unmemorable because I know I've seen her clothes before but I don't remember a thing about them... other than I didn't like them.

4/10 he is good-looking, his collections are really inconsistant and lacking attitude... i dunno, some dresses look pretty but nothing exceptional, maybe hell evolve into a real master maybe not

ok, roberto cavalli :ninja:
