RG = Registro Geral. that's how the ID card number is called in Brazil, but i believe that in this case it's more like a pun, since it literally means General Registry, and this magazine is supposed to be a "general registry" of the cool people (like fernanda motta) and cool places to go... i've never bought it and never read it, actually. and i have no interest in buying or reading it...but sometimes its covers are much better (reasonable, that is) than the "regular" Vogue Br ones...
