tacky tacky tacky, but for him the coloures seem toned down.

I really don't like this...Hed_Khandi would like it though :P

decadent...i like the darkness (the almost lestat-chic) that's developing from the italian houses this season. these materials are so ruch i wonder will anyone take the plunge and wear them (except lenny kravitz)

mike--I love your "lestat-chec" term....but Lenny will have his own line soon, why would he buy Cavalli

the only thing here I really like is the second brocade blazer with satin lapels, but it's not really that groundbreaking. The chunky sweater looks cozy, but the pants he has on look ill fitting.

Overall, I think leather is being over-used this season. (the suit above is just gross!)

This jacket's kind of cool, even though I don't love the fur.

I don't think it's bad at all for Cavalli. It could be ten times worse. I think I'd rather wear this than the stuff from D&G and Versace.

This jacket is absolutely amazing !!!!!

I wish I was rich, I love that blazer!

oooops > thats horribly tacky..
Cavalli must be designing from inside a box... is he locked in this Florence villa?
does he ever go out to see how young men are dressed down the streets?

this is so non-modern, really zzzzz

still, thanks for the topic mdank :flower:

Of course it will!! Even if it's the worst season Paris has ever produced, it will be infinitely better than this!

After seeing the whole collection I actually really liked it. It was so mmuch more toned down then usual for Cavalli, very luxe materials and details, gorgeous earthy colors and some really great pieces.

thats a good observation, but when you someone Cavalli in the right atmosphere, as with any designer its truly a great thing. I personally enjoyed the first pictures very much, along with the brown leather jacket, that piece is amazing.

we're in Milan alright!
but I actually like this collar :innocent:
(but not the sleeves)
