Rococo style

I'm very interested in Japanese fashion brands and recently someone told me about a runway menswear fashion show by a Japanese brand, which featured clothing based on the Rococo-style, with men dressed in short skirts and in an extravaganza way. I think the show was held somewhere in 2009 and I expected Banal Chic Bizarre to be that brand, but it wasn't. Can someone help me out?
