I saw Drive last night. Loved it. Both Ryan and Carey are wonderful in it, it's got a real old, slightly B movie air to it. Ryan looked amazing in his blue tux too, the only other person I've seen look good in one is Johnny Depp. I have officially been won over by him this last week in Cannes.

The movie is getting great reviews, according to deadlinehollywood.com the movie got a 15 minute standing ovetation!!!!!!!!

i must say i'm suprised at such good reviews - for whatever reason i thought it's a classic action movie.

I've seen quite a few films down here, but for me Drive & Melancholia are head and shoulders above the others. I wouldn't go so far as to call Drive and action movie per say, I think that does it a disservice because what Carey & Ryan particularly bring to it elevates it far beyond that. I sat in the row in front of Ryan last night, the urge to turn round was over-whelming!

Ryan and director Nicolas Winding hammed it up on the Cannes Red Carpet this evening for the ‘Drive’ Premiere. Earlier today you were updated with Ryan sporting a retro look for the ‘Drive’ photocall this afternoon. He finished the day with an equally retro navy blue tux.
