^^You're correct. Most girls who've ended up signing exclusive contracts so far drifted away from runway and editorial work, even from campaigns. I think agencies see those contracts as a form of "ultra management goal" and therefore, leave the editorials/ smaller advertisement gigs to the "next generation" (newcomers or fairly established models....) I could be wrong, but this would make sense to me...
