Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy hold each other at the Twentieth Century Fox presentation to promote their film The Heat at Caesars Palace during 2013 CinemaCon on Thursday (April 18) in Las Vegas, Nev.

The 48-year-old actress and Melissa, 42, co-star in the movie about two officers ordered to take down a ruthless drug lord. The hitch: neither woman has ever had a partner – or a friend for that matter.

The Heat is set to be released on June 28
