Good debut collection. You can tell that he is used to work with a couture atelier. Such a delicate hand, beautiful shoulders, good & clever use of materials.

What strikes me is how french it looks. From the hair to the make-up, it's all very "classic french". I like this kind of "Jolie Madame" vibe.
It reminds me a little bit of Vincent Darre's Ungaro.

The gold dress, the pant suits, the blousons and the furs are amazing. The dresses are classic couture. I like how he gave us an idea of Schiap without being so obvious!

I hope they will keep him there but please, don't do Schiaparelli RTW. Maybe demi-couture like Alaia but NO RTW!

It's a good collection, but I would never guess that it's Schiaparelli. It was quite lifeless and maybe too serious. But I still think that this is the worst revival ever.
