I have been seeing this around a lot lately. For sale on different sites as well as on celebs. I think it's pretty. Let's see if I can't find some pics....
from Kenneth Jay Lane

oops, I didn't mean to get her face too! credit hqcb.net

OK, I just spent almost 2 hours looking for more pics! I swear I'm not making it up, I've seen more pics of stars wearing serpent jewelry and accessories, I just can't find more pics at the moment. I think Roberto Cavalli made a bangle with a jeweled serpent on it. I saw it in an ad. And I know I've seen similar accessories on the starlets (Lindsay, Nicole, Sienna, or some combination thereof).
What do you guys think? Any more pics? I'll post more if I come across them.

I'm really drawn to serpeant items. I want to get a bracelet. Just looking for the perfect one!

You must have read my mind! :woot:
I've been very much into serpent items lately and this thread comes just in time!

^ Same here, so will have to have look round as not seen any recently. I used to have a silver ring & bracelet, but both snapped (unrepairable) & would love to replace with similar. Still have big piece of serpent jewellery that goes round top of my arm

I love serpent jewlery... no matter how trendy!

I have a serpent ring at Express... that went from silver to bronze in 3 wears...

I'm glad you guys agree. I know that I've seen it on celebs more too but I can't find any pics. I can't remember who it was but I can totally picture it on Nicole or MK. ALso, snakes as adornment might be relevant to this. Aren't All Rachel Zoe's Judith Leiber bags adorned with snakes on the hardware? Maybe the pics I was seeing were in magazines and that's why I can't find them online.:( Post any if you find them though! I like this trend too but it's hard to prove my case if I can't find more pics.:flower:

i like it, but wouldn't want to spend major money on it. if the high street did a version i'd buy it but then everyone would have it and i probably wouldn't want it anymore... sigh!

I'm sorry I do not have a bigger picture, but doesn't this dress from Balmain have a snake in it? The silver thing in the neck?

Oh, and I like this trend

I've been seeing this for a while now. It can be very interesting and pretty, but I think it can become tacky quite easily.

love this look on other people. doesn't really go with my personality but if it works for you i think it looks great. i've been seeing it in so many magazines lately.

Kenneth Jay Lane did some AMAZING serpent rings for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Nan Kempner exhibit. BEAUTIFUL, the prices were great too.

LOVE this trend

thanks for the lovely topic pinksatin

like all trends, it may get boring soon esp. if we start seeing it on everyone on cobrasnake, but i do think the jewelry is pretty and i wouldn't mind having one or two items myself.

i agree morgan, i agree lol

Very eye catching especially when the pieces have color. I hope it doesn't become like the skull fad.
