I still haven't made the skirt I was talking about, starting with it this weekend. But I made this top, keep in mind it's the first thing I've ever done so it's pretty badly done. The thing around the neck doesn't go along the body but sticks out and so on..

no, I made it from a piece of cotton fabric and put lots of tulle inside the lining
