Shampoo And Conditioner

i love john friedas all blonde products! i recommend. also james brown has awesome products, now i have for thin hair volumizing shampoo and conditioner. i recommend dierly <3

What brand does anyone recommend which is organic and natural. I'm using Aveda at the moment which I think is pretty good :)

^Neals Yard are an Organic company and do shampoos and conditioners but they are pretty pricey

I havent found much difference in shampoos and conditioners and usually just use aveda, but I just tried peter brown russian amber imperial shampoo. It did make my hair considerably softer, when wet I felt like there was some kind of coating on my hair but it was just perfectly soft when dry. Im not sure that it's worth the super high price but I may get it again depending on how long it lasts. My hair only needs washing twice a week so maybe its worth it. Has anyone else tried it?

I use Burt's Bees More Moisture Raspberry & Brazil Nut shampoo and conditoners. Keeps my hair nice and healthy.

They don't have any harsh chemicals, like sulfates either, which are very bad for your hair.

I recommend Burt's Bees. They are known for their natural and organic products. They don't test on animals or put harsh chemicals in their products ever. You can find Burt's Bees almost everywhere.

Thanks for the recommendations guys. :) I might go for Burt's Bees. I looked at the BB's site but I don't know which ones to buy. I have thick hair sometimes oily and it's weak as well. I encountered hair falling whilst using supermarket brands so that's why I changed to salon-type brands, what do you guys suggest within their range? And also, is it best to stick with one brand when it comes to using shampoos and conditioners or not? :)

I really like the Phyto line. Its pricey but it def makes my hair look and feel the best it has felt in a long time. I like the anti-aging shampoo or Phytorum for lifeless hair. You are supposed to leave in the shampoo for like 2 min to get all the benefits. I don't even condition afterwards...just use my Bumble and Bumble "Prep" and a little heat protector before I blow dry:)

Does anybody use the Kerastase range?

I have fine hair and I have read this is a good brand for fine hair.

What is your favourite?

I need a new one yet I can't decide. I have normal hair type.

I love mane n tail. Sorry, I know it is cheap, but it is the only shampoo and conditioner that can actually make my hair behave. I LOVE that stuff dearly.

question ladies and men!!

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT JAMES BROWN PRODUCTS? PERSONALLY, THE PRODUCTS I HAVE USED ARE GOOD...BUT I WANNA HEAR FROM YOU GUYS??? :)

^I've never used James Brown products. Which products do you reccomend?

Hi guys, thread resurrection going on here! I'm just wondering whether anyone has tried Tigi Catwalk 'Fashionista' shampoo and conditioner? I found some for a stupidly good price online and want to know whether it would be any good on my hair?

I have long, straight-ish (but with a slight natural wave) dark blonde hair which has a tendency to be dry. Hairdressers are usually pretty shocked by my hair because i look like i have 'thick' hair but they tell me that my individual hairs are really fine i just have a LOT of them so it gives the appearance of thick hair. So i have the advantage of 'thick' hair in the sense that i don't need products to be particularly volumising, but the disadvantage of 'fine' hair in that my hair has a tendency to go static-y :(.

I'm currently using Bumble and Bumble Creme de Coco shampoo and conditioner which, if i'm honest, isn't all that great for my hair. It leaves it pretty dry unless i use a leave-in conditioner or hair masque with it as well.

The best shampoo and conditioner i've used for my hair has been Redken Smooth Down but i like things to smell yummy yummy yummy like candy or flowers and Redken smells a bit...hmmm what's the word....plain... lol so i want to find something that cares for my hair like Redken but smells delish!

I've used Tigi before - Control Freak, Self Absorbed and Dumb Blonde (liked the smell of this the most) and they've all been ok but nothing to rival Redken.

I've read some really good reviews of Fashionista though and wondered if anyone with a similar hair type can give me any feedback on it? Thanks a bunch lovely peepz :) :) xxooxxooxx

do you guys/gals agree with this list.

I've used the James Brown shampoo for dry hair and it's brilliant! My hair goes all soft after i use it

I don't tend to use conditioner because i find it makes my hair go greasy =(

i really wanna try the new Premium Vidal Sassoon shampoo and conditioner. they say it'll give the hair diamond shine and cashmere softness. quite a lot! but it's Asia-exclusive....

anyone ever tried or heard of it?

i've never used conditioner, i guess that would help:rolleyes:

next time i go purchase shampoo, i'll make sure to buy conditioner as well.

I've tried a lot of shampoo's in my life, so I thought I could share some of my favorites^_^.

Davines is an organic italian haircair brand. My personal favorites are:

-The Momo Shampoo from the essential haircare line:

- The Momo Conditioner, also from the essential haircare line:

- Not shampoo or conditioner, but such a great product is worth mentioning. The Nounou Nourishing Mask, also from essential haircare. This is a fantastic product, highly recommend it!

The System Professional line from Wella is also great, at least for my hair:

- SP Repair Shampoo, great shampoo if your hair is a bit dry.

- SP Refresh Shampoo Sun, a shampoo that you could use after you have been sunbathing, swimming in the sea or in a pool with clorinated water. This product also smells great.

Right now I'm using Aveda Rosemary Mint shampoo, and it's great for oily hair! I was a little scared to use it because of my sensitive skin, but it's been fine.
