I use John Frieda Sheer Blonde Volume Enhancing Shampoo and like it a lot.
As for conditioners, Garnier Length & Strenth Anti-Split Ends Leave-In Treatment is miraculous!

I only use L'oreal Professional shampoo's and conditioners, and sometimes a Nexxus mask to make it more soft I found out that drugstore brands do nothing for my hair at all unfortunatly

Has anyone ever tried Sebastian Xtah products?

I used it once and it suprised me. I swear it took care of the frizziness and flyaways. I ran out of the mini-sampler and went back to Dove. I can definitely tell the difference!

Garnier fructis smells great but I find it builds up and dries my hair out. Likewise for Pantene.

My favourite shampoo/conditioner used to be Vidal Sassoon. I'm not sure if they sell it anymore. I haven't looked since they took it off the shelves at the supermarkets and chemist/drugstores.

I know that there's been a lot of nods for Kerastase and I'm willing to try it now. So it's good for dry/damaged hair then?

kerastase is awesome!! its expensive though...if u live in the states and have CVS stores near u, they just started selling it at a discount. Kerastase is great for dry hair!! but, i only use their shampoos/conditioners...i find that their styling products are ok, but dont work well on my hair...the ole-relax holding mist from kerastase is awful in my opinion!! it made my hair stiff and lifeless and i spent $30.00 on it!!!!
anything with jojoba oil in it is the best for dry hair...try to get something that has a high concentration of it...its not really an oil- they just call it that...so, it wont weigh down your hair

I'm currently using L'Occitaine's Shea Butter shampoo & conditioner.

Kerastase is my all time favourite! Will probably go back to it once i finish my current bottle of shampoo. I've tried Elvive, John Frieda, L'Oreal (the professional one that's sold in salons only), etc. but none were as good as Kerastase.

I'm (loyally) using ABBA shampoo. For conditioner I use Marc Anthony Be Brunette. I'm not liking it too much, in fact, I'm waiting to finish it so that I can buy something better. When my mom used to colour her hair with those at home colouring kits, I used to ALWAYS use the conditioner that came with the kit. That conditioner was the BOMB!!!! I just can't seem to find the same type of conditioner outside the kit ((((

I have highlighted hair thats really dry, and i cant find a shamps/cond regime that suits both the blonde and the dryness. Can anyone suggest something?

my mom ran into a friend who was letting her curly hair go natural the other day and the friend said the secret was to skip shampoo, just use conditioner.

I tried this today, and my hair hasn't looked this good in ages! It's got lots of volume. I'll have to try this a few more times before being sure it's a good idea as I tend to find my hair reacts well whenever I change things up the first time, but I'm excited for this!

^ I've read in one of the beauty books that people with dry hair shouldn't use shampoo a lot (only once or twice a week to clean the hair from impurities). They can just wash their hair with water and apply conditioner. I've never tried it though. Tell us how it goes with you.

I have long blonde hair (coloured) which can be dry at the ends but still needs washed every day, mainly for the roots which can tend to get greasy after a day. Im using TIGI honey and oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, after finding the Aveda Rosemary and mint shampoo was building up residue in my hair. But no problems yet with TIGI, and my hair feels better than ever.

I wouldn't go back to using shampoo for blonde hair as I felt it was doing funny things to the colour of mine, it looks much lighter now I'm not using that.

I used to use Redken colour extend for the longest time, but have since moved back to Nexus's range, babassu mud, keraphix, therappe, humectress, hydruss and botanil. I do still use Redken's solve every sunday to remove product buildup though...good stuff

Ive just started using Garnier Fructis Nutri-Oil Repair (because it is cheap!) but i do think the best shamps ive ever used was Terax Miele, and i'll probably go back to that. I also think it might be worthwhile giving Kerastase Masquintense a go.
