Shampoo And Conditioner

Purology is the best shampoo I have ever used. Not only does it make my hair soft and shiny (I sound like a commercial ), it leaves my hair smelling like peppermint afterwards!

I always like to alternate my shampoo though, so I also use Marc Anthony. It's cheap and works great!

Im trying this ayurvedic indian shampoo with loads of different things in it and it smells natural keeps my hair clean and dandruff free, or head and shoulders shampoo when i need to get the grease and whatnot out of it. I condition my hair with this other organic product ayurvedic again made from bergamot and stuff with hot water, black hair needs allot of moisture.

Oooh...i must give Pureology a try after your testimonial! I love lightly scented shampoos...Out of curiosity, wot do you use for your conditioner?

Has anyone used Mane 'n Tail conditioner? It's getting good reviews on MUA. . .I'm looking for something to help strengthen my hair and prevent damage so it can grow.

izzie stevens: I have super oily hair near the scalp too. Just accept that some people should wash their hair more often. For a while I tried to conform to the idea that you shouldn't wash your hair every day and...it just doesn't work for me no matter what product I use. So I reccomend this:
CWC: Condition, Wash, Condition. Condition the ends and don't rinse it out, it will protect your ends when you wash at your scalp. Then rinse out and do a light, overall condition.
That works for me. I've heard that others with the same type of hair will not use shampoo at all. They'll "wash" every day using conditioner only. I haven't found a conditioner whose texture I like enough by itself to do this, but I say it so you can give it a try if it sounds right for you.

Recently the hair closest to my scalp has become kind of sticky and stringy, just generally gross! I haven’t changed anything in my hair routinue.. does this sound like product build up? And if it is.. any recs for a clarifying shampoo? Oh & I'm using garnier atm.
Thanks!

I have scalp psoriasis so a lot of shampoos make it lots lots worse but the best shampoo range for me is 'Aussie' It's nice on my scalp and my hair is in super condition even though its been dyed and i starighten it etc

When I was in Sweden, I got some shampoo from Garnier called Nordic Hare care. I thought it may have just been a marketing gimmick, but there is something about this shampoo that makes my hair so nice! Does anyone know anything about this shampoo or where I can find it or a formula similar to it outside of Sverige?

I just bought Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture shampoo and mask treatment conditioner. I love it so far.

I have very dry hair as it's wavy to begin with plus I have heavy color on it.

Has anyone ever tried Bumble and Bumble? I just shelled out almost $30 for one of their deep treatment conditioners, "Deeep." Anyone ever tried it? :) It had better work because, I mean, come on... $30?!

i have thin hair so would like to use shampoo with volume effect, but in reason i paint my hair last 7 years it become dead and cant comb it...so i started to use "gliss cur" - they have lot of series specially for painted, dry and damaged hair...cinditioner helps a lot to comb hair...for me its perfect!

Doesn't Aussie have an exactly the same conditioner called "Deeep" as well?

I think theirs is called 3 minute miracle-deep conditioners. They're good value for money,I've been using Aussie for maybe 3 years now and I have no split ends or anything ^_^

I LOVE Aussie hair care stuff. I started using it about a year ago and there is such a difference to my hair. Much more shiny and silky and easier to maintain :) I recommend it to anybody looking for a good shampoo/conditioner

I love bumble and bumble products. Too bad they don't do as much justice for my wallet as they do my hair.

Yay! Someone else who loves it! I swear by this stuff! But I haven't actually met anyone else who has stuck by it and loves it. Fools! :p

i lovee John Frieda Sheer Blonde Lustrous Touch shampoo & conditioner. the smell is purrrfect! so soft...

i cannot stand most hair product scents. everything is so strong, fruity, citrusy, or cheap perfumey.

plus its a great for moisture!

I really like the "Sante Brilliant Care Conditioner" and "Lavera Rosenmilch Shampoo".
