I have curly/wavy hair that I havent liked most of my life & have always straightened it. When its longer its wavy which I wear it like occasionally. I got my hair cut a couple months ago in Audrey Tautou's style & OMG I love it! I never knew how curly my hair was until I cut it like this & now all I do is wash & condition with Tresemme shampoo & conditioner for curls & let dry... no products or anything. FINALLY I can be lazy & my hair looks great!! Its the best cut I ever got! It looks bad right now though because I desperately need a cut again. Im going to get the back cut how she has it now when I get the trim & that will take care of that annoying back thing thats never long enough to curl or short enough to look right lol... other than that Im finally happy with my hair.

tiffany7- im similar, always had unruly wavy hair and i *just now* found the cut that i can literally do nothing to... its similar to iseults' but i have short short bangs, i love it, going to let the sides grow out

I dont have a camera right now & my hair is in the looking horrible stage right now where I desperately need a cut (getting it done next Wednesday). If I can get ahold of a camera Ill get a pic. Otherwise its Audrey Tautou's style.

I your haircut! I know what you mean about so expensive to maintain; every 4-6 months I have to get a trim to maintain my hairstyle.

AGHCK. my hair is in an eternal 'pixie - bob - pixie - bob' cycle and i need to stop myself from looking at things like this when it's getting into the 'bob/long' phase, because i just want to chop it off again it's chin length now and i'm quite fond of it, but i just love short hair so much.

i used to model for toni and guy and they did any number of insane (but cute!) asymmetrical things with weird pink highlights to my hair:

great thread! i just recently cut my hair into a bob as a stepping stone toward a pixie cut. my mother thinks that since my hair is coarse and thick, it won't look good in a super short cut :-/

I've had short hair for 5 years now and I cannot ever imagine having long hair.It's so much easier and cooler(where I live is so humid).
