I would think ebay would be your best bet. I don't know of any shops that sells them. Except for maybe the odd specialty store.

i just have to point out this IS the trend Kate brought back. Vivienne had to start making these boots again because of Kate...anyhow there's nothing wrong to pick a little inspiration from somebody else's style. i really think sienna did back in 2004 and 2005. i don't think she copied i just think she got inspired by Kate as many of us..
i know many of you don't like this comment but this all about OWN opinions..
