I saw the film on the opening night! I would be interested to hear what the non British lot thought of it. Personally i really liked it, but i felt it was more a BBC production shown over Christmas and not a blockbuster style movie. A review mentioned it had simple dialogue that sounded like something out of Eastenders (British soap opera) and it's actually quite true! It was definitely a budgeted film but i was drawn to its simplicity. P.S. sorry to those that already read this same response on Keiras thread!

Apparently Uggs are also great for hot weather as they keep your feet cool and dry. I think they were popular with Australian surfers before they became a mainstream winter staple in North America and Europe. That said I'm not really a fan.

I had heard before as well but can tell you from experience they don't keep your feet nice and cool.
I have pulled sweaty feet out of my Uggs before.

It's funny because a number of my friends have said the same thing, that their really warm, so I don't get the "nice and cool" thing either. It was just something I had read about. I imagine they would be way too warm for summer weather especially in LA.
