I'm confused. I know she drives in L.A. since we've seen her gas up and the time she was crying at the gas station so why did she have to test in the UK? You can just transfer your license over. I don't know why they wouldn't accept american licenses if they accept Canadian. How bizarre.

maybe if you have a licence in another country you can bypass some criteria (like a learner's licence) but still have to take the practical test?

I've already seen pics of her driving an Audi in the UK many months ago, without L plates and on her own so she must have passed her test a long time ago. These pics must be to do with something else.

I remember it being reported that she passed on her second try. But, if you get 6 points on your licence within the first two years you have to re-take the practical test so it could be that.
