I have a feeling that they are either Marc Jacobs or Marc by Marc Jacobs and that they are a few seasons ago but there maybe some similar ones at Marc Jacobs now. I always try department stores as they have a bigger range of styles from different designers/companies. Not sure where you are but you could try TopShop/H&M/Office aka High Street stores or eBay.

She is dying her hair, so she's not a natural blonde, rather light brown. And most of the people with that color get brown, not red. It's normal...
