I'm certainly NOT talking about the wedding here... (I wasn't there anyway so how should I know?) and I don't think that a floral dress is wrong for a wedding or wrong (I just said that I personally don't like it but this is not the point)... I just found the outfit hideous as an ensemble and utterly inappropriatefor a wedding, let alone her sister's... I don't know, but a suede waistcoat?

This is what I find non-elegant, let alone chic. And it can't be called simple no matter what anybody says.
And if you can't dress yourself stylishly for your sister's wedding when will you? Plus, I think that if someone has an innate, natural sense of style, whatever their style is they look good even when they go to the grocer's wearing flip-flops and sweat pants...
I think this was very disappionting coming from someone who is called by some people a style icon...
Bottom-line is, it's a bad outfit and she could be dressed in a carefree manner but in better looking clothes. She could have been a hippy but a beautiful one.
