I don't think it's as a result of being a mum that she's dressing as she is, although her priorities have changed I'm sure. We've seen her in slim fit jeans since she's had a baby. The loose fit is on trend, I think it was just the wrong pair of shoes to wear with them on this occasion- they need a heel or pump flat. And with that coat too, it makes it a bit mismatched. But it's so cold in NY and she must be on limited wardrobe as she's only there for the theatre run! I like her basic, comfortable style

i'd argue that loose fitting jeans that are on trend and what she's wearing are..not..the same. whoever said they look like his jeans are on point. which is fine, really, she's taking a walk with her kid and far be it from me to judge what she's wearing on a rainy day.
