tbh a plunging neckline like that is okay for me on the red carpet (a special event) or at the beach
but not on the streets /for a dinner out- imagine sitting at a table where the waiter brings you your plate...! it's not classy to show it all and have it in full view on an evening out... If I saw someone dressed like that in my city I would be like where is that person heading? if it's not on the beach or a red carpet...
