Why? Why is it some people have the notion that fashion and comfort cannot go hand in hand? Why can something comfortable not be fashionable? I think people who think that they're incompatible have got the wrong idea about fashion totally. You just look ridiculous if you're not comfortable with what you're wearing.
It's the same with movies.... a good movie usually has good cinematography but once the only thing you have to say about it is: "it has great cinematography", then most probably the movie is unwatchable.... at least in my books.... otherwise you would have said, "Great story, great dialogue, great performances" and
then comment on the cinematography....
In the case of Ms Miller, if you feel the need to comment on the comfort of her outfit, IN A FASHION FORUM, then most probably there's nothing else there to say rfeagrding fashion.... which is a bit sad.... for someone who likes to think of herself as a fashion idol...
And think about it for a moment.... did you ever comment on the comfort factor of Bridgitte Bardot's outfits? or Audrey H's? They were comfortable outfits all right... but iconic too...
And I totally agree about looking ridiculous if you are not comfortable in what you are wearing. I think it shows.... I also believe that the reason Sienna has been making one fashion mistake on top of another in the last year is exactly this.... because she's not comfortable in what she's wearing... she tries too hard and most people can see it....
so yes, commenitng on how comfortable her outfit is - in a forum where everybody watches people who are supposedly setting the next trends, is a bit unpredictable to put it mildly....
andI feel the nees to repeat that this has nothing to do with AnaisF with whom I normally agree... it's just a general comment regarding this thread and Sienna Miller...
