Well maybe it's the language barrier, I don't know. I did see a flick (Mother) where she plays a girl who is dying of AIDS and, come to think of it, she was "okay" in it, but she didn't have much of a role to carry.

I thought Sienna was great in Alfie.

Oh and 60swidlshild.I am sorry you think she was "okay" in "All about my Mother" because i think she was brilliant.
Sure it wasnt a starring role but she was excellent,imho.The movie itself is brilliant.
Cant wait to see Alfie now.

I like Sienna`s style, but dont think she`s that good as an actress. She`s also very charismatic person, so I bet that everyone that meets her fels in love with her. But somehow her roles has the same type that she approaches them. I still hope that she`ll have some good movies Now when her fashion is getting on track again it would be nice

They said Casanova would be a great hit and it wasn't - acclaim should onl come in my mind after a lot of hard work - unfortunately life doesn't work that way - people get acclaim fo rthings they shouldn't.

I hope sienna keeps up the fashion bit - i think that is where she is strongest.

as much as i like siennas style i can unterstand that she wants to be more than "just" a fashion icon. she is still the "ex of jude law" or the pretty blonde thing with cute style to most people. i saw alfie and casanova and i liked her in both movies - altough "casanova" wasn't that great. i was a bit disappointed not by her performance but by the movie in general...

i also hope she keeps up the fashion thing but i also wish her that she is accepted as an serious actress - because i think she has the potential to be more than just an it-girl

I've seen this and many other of her Spanish films in Spanish and my spanish is as good as my English and she's really not all that great an actress, she just acts herself - she acts the same part in every film. IMO!!!

We need new Sienna candids,i guess since its December there are not a lot of new pictures,probably paparazzi have days off too!

The fact that I can't really remember Penelope's performance is why I said she was okay. Could someone else have played that role? I think yes and to me that is a big part of what makes an actor/actress. In Alfie, Sienna carried the American accent great so I don't get why she had a hint of it in the trailers of Factory Girl. I remembered after watching Alfie and being surprised that Sienna is British, but I think I'm going off topic here... again.
