Are there laws in London about picking up your dog's waste?...
I ask b/c I have seen hundreds of pics of Sienna walking her adorable doggies...
but the paps never catch her with her hands dirty like they do other stars out with their dogs...
just an odd thought.
I know in NY- you can be fined for leaving it.
