Yeh thats true.

I just wished they took a full body shot.

Face shots on covers can be boring e.g. the recent sienna vogue cover

Totally agree, I think it's riske to just do a head shot.
 
did you guys buy that issue at the stands or did it come in the mail? I subscribe to Vogue but haven't received the Jan 06 issue yet. :( And it gets sent here to my college apartment, which I'm leaving tomorrow to go home for Christmas. I'll check my mailbox before I leave... I hope it's there! Otherwise I'll have to wait till after New Years to have it, when I come back.:unsure:
 
I think Sienna looks gorgeous and awesome in that photoshoot, love the hair, the make-up, the long earrings, the pose and the clothes are gorgeous. I think she doesn't look one bit like Edie though, but then this wasn't supposed to make Sienna her exact copy. It was inspired by Edie, not meant to make the two of them like twin sisters!
The terrible thing is that Sienna is going to start this new "60's,Edie,hard rock" look a must have. We will see al those boho girls turning into Edie/Sienna wannabes, not knowing but bit of its cultural background. Gap, topshop...get ready to see black/white striped shirts, skinny black jeans, long earrings, 60's dresses!
I've been looking just like that since april and now I'll have to stop cause I don't want to look like that if it becomes a masive trend.

Sienna was on the regis and kelly show this morning..she looked great she had on grey skinny jeans with high burberry boots a long black turtle neck sweater...she didn't know who made it but said it was sooo warm...and a long chunck gold necklace....she is cute and I love her accent she sounds so demure....
 
^ That sounds like the same outfit she wore on another talk show last week,
GMA I think.
I like how she wears stuff more than once, but sometimes it seems as if she gets stuck in a rut.
 
She wore it for the Early Show, too, which hasn't aired yet (I remember some pictures posted a few pages back). Regis and Kelly is also pre-recorded, so I think she might've just filmed all of those segments in one day so she could get back to Louisiana for filming.

Though I think most other celebs would change outfits for each different interview, so I like that she opts not to - but you're right, she does overdo it a little with wearing certain outfits multiple times.

I am pretty sure it's live. Maybe not in this case?


I have said this before, but it's like Sienna has a bunch of mini wardrobes. She rocks a look for a while and is done with it. I am just not too into the beatnik trend, so I am not really feeling her look at the moment.

It is, but at the beginning of the particular episode they put a thing on the bottom of the screen saying it was pre-recorded. Maybe because it's the week before Christmas, Regis and Kelly might've had vacation time this week or something.

Hi I'm new, I'm a big Kate and Sienna fan! Does anyone know -- Mario Testino is credited with the US Vogue cover, did he also do the editorial?
