fantastick! great xmas/hanukah/kwanzaa present!

and yes, segments are recorded, but i dont know if this was one is b/c shes going to be on another of the early news programs tomorrow-name escapes at the moment, sorry!- and its also filmed in NY so it could have been live. i missed the monolog so if they were talking about the transit strike, it might have actually been live. shes doing Jay Leno in LA tomorrow too, but i dont know if THAT's live?

im just glad im seeing her on tv these last few days. pictures are great, but its better seeing the outfits 'live' since you can see the color/texture better. and it does help that she has a cute accent and im lovin her new haircut! (though i REAAAALLLy liked the way it was styled at the casanova premier!)

yes she will be on the early show which airs at ummm 9:00 AM, 8:00 central i believe..and ALSO on leno.

Jay Leno is taped a few hours in advance of it's air. It does air on the same day though...

The "Early Show" interviews with celebs are usually pre-recorded...sometimes days in advance. Maybe they air to early for them? lol.... I don't know though b/c the "TodayShow" airs just as early and usually interviews are live on there...

It is definatley live. My best friend works in PR for the show.

dara, sorry, but this morning's Regis and Kelley show was definitely not live. Like boho said before, they put the "this show was pre-recorded" message up at the beginning, something they do pretty often actually. If you don't notice the message, you can always tell by the host chat that starts the show. When they don't talk about the night before (what they did, what they saw on tv, current events, etc), you know it's not live. Almost all of Regis' Friday shows are recorded, which is true of the View and David Letterman too, Letterman records Friday shows on Thursday afternoon....

Maybe you are right, I dont watch the show. Iknow they pre record when either of them are scheduled to be away. I just know what my friend tells me. And she is up and there at 6 am everyday to greet guests for thier live taping. I have even been to shows and it most definatley live, butttt whatever, doesnt reallymatter to me either way

Does anyone know when/where those pics were taken?
She is already filming Edie right? Maybe she doesn't get dressed up to go to the set.
I read the Vogue article on her and the writer seemed to really love her. She does come across very cool and sweet and not as premeditated as alot of people seem to this she is. She just seems like a nice, funny girl.
