I love the dress she wore at the casanova premiere! but I wouldn't have worn it the way she did, it would have been prettier if she wore it in the summer with bare legs and a pair of cute kitten heels. I like the necklaces though.

I think you are overreacting... first of all she's American (isn't she?) and second, she's in the street... open space... smokers are allowed to smoke in open spaces... most probably the street pollution is much worse for the kid than his aunt smoking behind it... IN THE STREET...
