The vest is cute...hasn't she worn it before, when she was doing that play?
Everything else about the outfit looks too sloppy. It's weird, she reminds me of the girls who used to try to look like Sienna did back in her prime by trying to look like you just quickly put the outfit together and it's just effortlessly cool...but failed, so they just look mismatched and awkward.
