IMO, she has a nearly perfect body...Everything is natural and in proportion with everything else for a petite girl... And I wish all the Hollywood plastic surgery devotees would realize how much some of us appreciate a natural girl without all the plastic boobs and pumped up lips- Sienna is 10 time more attractive than the Pam Anderson clones you see in every magazine!! I'd rather a Kiera or Sienna any day!!

sienna has nuch healthier looking body than kiera.
but, i do agree that that most of girls and women can look up on these women, cos they are natural, i eman, i cannot get inspiration watching pamela's style, cos her body is like sf movie...
and plastix surgery should be really forrbiden by laws,or something...

anyway, sienna,kate,mischa,kiera,.... get a lot of attention just for not getting under knife and trying to look feminine but still free spirited.
