SIENNA MILLER ditches the glamour to undergo a radical image change for her new movie.

The usually long-locked star shot these harrowing scenes featuring her character on the brink of death.
Though we’re not used to seeing Sienna looking ill and pale, the sight of her stripping off on celluloid isn’t a rare one.
And the clothes come off again in comedy drama Camille in a scene featuring JAMES FRANCO cooling his onscreen lover down with a wet cloth.
The black comedy tells the tale of a couple en route to Niagara Falls for the perfect honeymoon.
