^ $750 000 less! wow... recession hitting everyone. i wonder why she's selling, i remember reading the vogue dec 07 interview with her and she was so enthusiastic about it. It had this lovely image of her curled up on a couch in this empty house as she explained to the interviewer all the lovely things she was planning to do with it. She seemed very excited. Although this is the house that was vandalised when her affair with Getty came out wasn't it? Bad memories maybe.

Oh well, it is a very cool house though.

And i love that W shoot,the curled up/leaning back photos are gorgeous.

She bought a house in the countryside so that could be the reason, or perhaps she just wanted to move away from all of that since it was the house she was living in with Rhys Ifans and the house that was vandalised. If she's selling for less and still adamant to sell, her reasons are probably personal.

I don't have the picture anymore, i used it in a collage... I remember it was small, and was of her sitting on this couch and the house was empty. It was the pre-renovation state of the house above, i believe. sorry i can't be more help

Oh my god.. i know this is a bit weird but I just googled the address of Hatton row into Street view on Google maps and I AM SURE that Sienna is on Google Street View, walking with a friend at the end of Hatton Street!! I would post a pic but I don't know how to!!

wow that flat is gorgeous. especially the staircase, very cool. I must say that while I like the moroccan(?)-inspired bath room in theory, I think that if I had to use that day in and day out I might go a bit mad. Though maybe it's a spa, not for everyday use?
love the bathtub, but I don't know how I feel if a whole slew of people were to be lounging about on the couches while I'm trying to bathe!

on another note, and I'm a bit late. Yes that December Vogue cover is exactly the one I was referring to. I think it's the only one that has been able to catch her free spirit personality. It is quite lucky actually that, as her first cover, they were able to catch her essence so perfectly. I was intrigued by her before it came out, but I must say that the photoshoot and the article (and the way they...synthesized?) really made me addicted to her. she was such a breath of fresh air. (god I'm feeling so romantic for the early days.....when I would buy about 3 copies of each magazine she was on the cover of. haha)
