Sienna Miller has fallen back into the arms of Balthazar Getty - just a month after they split.
The pair were spotted on a romantic holiday in southern Italy yesterday, and looked very much like they had put their break-up behind them.
Sienna arrived in Positano with Balthazar’s mother on Friday.
He didn’t appear until yesterday, when they took a boat together to Nerano - where they kissed and canoodled over an intimate lunch.

They joined a group of family and friends for a meal at a restaurant called Lo Scoglio. But Sienna mustn’t have been satisfied by her menu choice, as she was spotted trying to eat Balthazar’s ear at the table.
The group then made their way back to Positano - the same Italian town where a topless Sienna was first spotted kissing Balthazar on a yacht last year.
The 27-year-old was dubbed 'Sluttyienna' for hooking up with the married father of four, who is now separated from his wife Rosetta.
Reports emerged last month that the couple had called time on their affair, and Sienna has said in interviews that she is still in love with old flame Jude Law. Make up your mind, love.

Oh Man she is in Positano, i would love to go back there, its simply beautiful. Her hair has truly grown., anyone know what book she is reading? Hahha i cant make out the cover........

Why in every interview does Sienna say that she has cellulite? I have yet to see it. I find that extremely annoying. Is she just saying it so people think she's down to earth? Cause from what i see she's not anywhere close.

She likes to say lots of things to make her look down to earth and cool, and funny

did balthazar and his wife divorce yet or are they just seperated? because i think iheard that his wife didn't want to give him a divorce because she didn't want him to be free to date. i could be wrong.

mmhh i just find it annoying that sienna is always saying she's more known for her love-life than her career [which is kinda true], yet she does nothing to change that perception by dating Balthazar....i mean she is free to do what she wants and i guess any publicity is good publicity but with GI Joe coming out soon thats a real big step forward career wise for her so... 
her best style was in 2004. since then her style has gone worse. though she brings some nice outfits sporadically, i'm not impressed as i did in 2004. i wouldn't say she lost it but i wait and see if she'll be inspiring me as she used to.
