Is it from a Topshop concession, one of the designers sold at topshop, or is it actually by Topshop? I really like it.

It's a brand called Whereareyounow?. The designer, Josie, alters vintage scarves, ribbons, necklaces, belts, tablecloths into the cutest dresses, jumpsuits, skirts ever.

This brand is sold in Topshop Oxford Circus. But if you have the same dress I believe you cause I've got just conjecture (my dress by Josie looks very similar to Sienna's).
