Sorry, a bit late to the party! But regarding her friendship with Robin Wright (Penn), I think they've been friends for a while. I remember there were pictures of Sienna with Robin and Sean when she was in As You Like It leaving the theater in the aftermath of the nanny cheating scandal (Summer 2006?).

In other news, does anyone know why her hair is strawberry blonde/reddish? Is it for a film?

Her hair might be reddish because they couldn't get the all red out after she had completely red hair. I have tried the same myself, and red is ridiculously difficult to remove 100% without frying your hair... Either that or they wanted strawberry blonde for the 20s film she is working in, which is not completely unlikely.
