For those of you who watch Project Runway 2---Nick Verreos's sketch!

I was reading through alot of this particular topic...and i noticed quite a bit was said between the difference of a sketch and an illustration.
I was wondering if someone could please give me their view on the differences between them.

I am taking visual arts at a university right now, and my drawing project that I am doing involves the difference between a drawing and an illustration so help would be really appreciated.

A sketch is about how a garment looks, it gives information, prehaps to the pattern cutters making the pattern.

An illustration is about the mood and isparation behind the garment. It can include text and a range of images and media. It can be used to 'sell' a garment to a customer or give employers an idea of the mood and shape of a collection. Illustrations are more creative.

Thats my view anyways!
