During the Soviet Union times, they made every Soviet republic teach Russian in schools, but since the fall of the Union, Russian is probably like any other foreign language. Though in Ukraine there are a lot of Russian speaking people. Mostly in major cities though.

As to the interview, the designer says that many designers like Dolce&Gabbana when they started their career took credits to afford Cindy to walk down their runway. He says that using national topmodels in show is a great way to be a success so in this case he uses Snejana

Snejana told that she adores the coats, dresses and leggings in the collection showed by the designer (that talked before her). As well she says that she loves his current collection & the previous ones. She adds that he absolutely needs to try out his talent in international fashion
