She's done four so far this season, but Vera Wang instead of Kors. Tommy Hilfiger is tonight, so maybe she'll be there. Other than that, I doubt she'll do Ralph Lauren (never done it) or Calvin Klein (hasn't done it since SS08 I believe).

I don't have too much hope of her doing any of the shows you listed since the casting has been so unpredictable recently.
But I'd love to see her at Ralph Lauren, she once attended a party held by the brand so I guess she still has the chance to do the show.
