Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2012 : Kate Upton

Oh please, what is all this discussion about the model having "class" to grace a Sports Illustrated cover.

Like... really. These images are bound to grace the bedrooms of 13 year old boys and auto shops all over. Hardly the time and place for class.

Pirelli this ain't.

Perhaps class shouldn't have been the word, it's just that they didn't use to look like 1-dollar prostitutes. there.

I wouldn't be surprised to see SI be totally devoid of relevant models in a few years.

Tacky cover she looks p*rn chic the standards have gotten so low they'll put anyone in sports illustrated, and her breast implants are too large!

Psshh ... Wtf? Her breast are natural. You know just because she's blonde & has big breast & doesn't they're fake

Dull, uninspired, poorly airbrushed pictures of mostly nobody models. This is a massive drop in quality, even compared to just a few years ago. If it wasn't for the mainstream cultural relevance, the SI Swimsuit issue would fade in to obscurity.

The covergirl is the least attractive model of all the pics posted so far.

Kate's usually pretty but i don't like this cover.

even though i don't particularly like kate, i have give her a shout out. she is from iowa, like me!

I'm not surprised that Kate Upton that got the SI cover because she's very popular on the sports forums and talk radio shows. I guess dating Mark Sanchez probably did help with her getting the cover help but when Hilary was dating him she didn't get the cover. Kate also attends sporting events and that helps with her popularity amongst sports fans.

I miss the times when you had to actually have a legit career and not be just some internet sensation to be famous. The power of social media.
