I find him to be kind of hit and miss, but when he gets it right, it's absolutely stunning.

He's one of my absolute favorites, but I totally agree. I'm either completely infatuated with his work, or not into it at all. Definitely a hot and cold thing. His aesthetic is pretty out there and I love it.

That's a compilation for that particular The Face anniversary issue, with images from previous editorials published in W, Dutch and probably more, mixed with new material. The female models are credited in the last scan: LIsa Ratliffe and Ben; regarding the boys I need to check my Dutch back issues...

With the death of W magazine we hardly see new work by him these days!
