You're Invited To Vlada's 6th Birthday Party​

What to wear? Vlada picked out the perfect party dress and shoes from her closet to show her mother. Knowing full well that trying to tell a 5-year-old that she should wear more practical clothes was futile, her mother consented.
"Now, if only mom would let me wear these clothes to school every day!" Vlada thought to herself, brimming with excitement about her party.

For her party, Vlada took 15 of her grade 1 classmates bowling at the kiddie lane in the local bowling alley. The ball was heavy, and at first her mom had to help her throw it far enough, but soon enough the birthday girl was throwing strikes with the best of them! Her getup earned her quite a few stares from onlookers, but Vlada truly felt like a princess. After a few games, she and her friends went back to the Roslyakova's for cake, presents, and dancing. What a day!​

There is a 1st for everything...
Birthdays, too! It is the day of Hilarys very first birthday and lots of plans have been made. Not by Hilary though, who is still a bit too young to care. Whatever her mommy has put her in is still good enough and it is a very girly outfit that Hilarys mom has chosen for this very special occasion. Lots of pink and a cute hairdo and baby Hilary is ready to face her very first birthday in style.

The party was held in Hilarys home and included ballons and cupcakes in all sorts of colors. On the guestlist? Hilarys family of course. After everybody had sung Hilary her birthday song and eaten enough of those cupcakes, it was time for the presents. From her mom and dad she received a beautiful, furnished doll house but Hilary didnt care much for it. No, instead the highlight of her day was playing hide and seek with her young cousins. I think that cheeky grin on her face says it all.

Irina Lazareanu's 17th Birthday. . .

What else would she be doing but rocking out, in her favorite bar, with her favorite friends and her favorite band.

Irina joins her party wearing a Luella print dress. Her mother bought her for her birthday - knowing that she would love it. She threw on her shoes and headed out to the rock bar to meet her friends, of course she had to be escorted by her older sister for her mothers piece of mind.



Irina arrives home after a fabulous party. All her friends went and the band played and dedicated a special birthday song to her - they even got her up on stage and she sang.
As she bounced on her bed, she thought
'If this is what its be to be 17, bring it on!'

COCO's 11th Birthday.....

All Coco had in mind was how everyone she's invited to her party would react to her outfit. She wanted to make an impact so she picked out a cute white dress to go with soft lavender tights she adored so much....

The theme of the party was to dress up as "whatever you desired to be when you grow older". Coco has always wanted to become a dancer so she put on her dancing outfit. Upon arriving at her party she saw that no one stuck to the theme of the party ....Coco was left confused and disppointed but it didn't ruin her day.

14 is my lucky number!
She woke up to a strange noise coming from the outside, barely recognizing the surroundings she was in. Overwhelmed and excided, Alek went over to the bedroom window taking a look at the neighbourhood she barely saw last night after arriving late and moving into a house she had to call her future home. Alek was stunned by the quality and quantity of the buildings she saw outisde and thought "This is a great opportunity to make invitation cards", for her 14th birthday. She ran out this early Saturday morning with the brightest smile on her face. Eager to get started, she swung her early birthday present (a floral coat given to her by her grandmother the day she left Africa), while delivering the invitation cards to the different post boxes.


Sitting and waiting at the porch for people to arrive, Alek was reflecting on the beautiful shades of pink, her coat consisted of. She loved pink! As the time went by Alek realized that nobody was coming. Not a single person she though, running up to her room in tears. Thinking that this had to be the worst birthday she ever had, until her little sister showed up with a present. "Mommy and daddy are taking us out for a dinner", she said.
"A pink dress, a pink dress" she screamed out! Jumping around in happiness, Alek was overjoyed seeing her sister having a matching pink dress. This wasn't a bad day after all she thought, posing for the camera.

SOPHIE VLAMING TURNS 8​

Little Sophie Ward absolutely detests attention. When Sophie's mom told her she had to get dressed up for all her family members to come over and celebrate her big day, Sophie pouted and threw a tantrum, running around in her favourite shirt and boots.​

"I WILL NOT GET READY. I WILL NOT! I HATE PARTIES," she yelled.​

But as Sophie's family members started to trickle into the house one by one, they surrounded her with very meaningful and fun gifts that they knew Sophie would enjoy. Things like plastic costume jewellry and big funny sunglasses and even MAKEUP to dress up in!​

But most importantly, her Mom got her the best present of all. A MADONNA CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!​

Sophie couldn't help herself. Her family just knew her way too well, and she had the time of her life.​

Bring your swimsuits - we're going to the beach!

Inguna was welcomed into teenhood with all of her childhood friends -
schoolmates and friends from the neighborhood.
They spent the day rollicking on the beach, cooking out,
and laughing until dusk. She received several outfits and a vintage
purse with ornate beading. Her favorite gift though
was spending a carefree day with everyone she cared about.

To her party, Inguna wore a simple dress over her bathing suit.
