lol. What? I don't think it's hard pulling this off. I've had my suspenders for a long time and wear them with cute tailored pants and usually a simple, fit white shirt that ends just above the pants so it doesn't look sloppy. And this is once in a blue moon, not all the time.

But I hope this doesn't become trendy.. that'd be weird.

Hmmmm can't agree. I have a pair of suspenders i found in the bottom of an opshop trunk after searching high and low. I currently can't post pics cause i lost my camera's USB cord, but i'd like to think i'm not a 'tredoid dork...'
