Tattoos

So, next paycheck I'm going to get a tattoo on each foot. I'm excited and I need to get my white tattoo touched up soon, as well.

I think besides the design...and the place you choose... its important to get a good tattooist name to do the work as ive seen tattoos all blurred after 4 years when other people got tattoos for many many years and the color can go away but not the mainly lines...so never try to save money on this... i would choose a tattooist with a large reputation...even if i had to wait months for it.

i would go for a lil' name, sentence or a lil' bird... something very meaningful to me

Been wanting this tattoo for almost a full year now, so I'm really getting serious about getting it. It has multiple layers of personal meaning. I photoshopped this together - can you tell me you preference of the two version by voting here? Thanks!

Hmm. I really like both, but between the two...I'd say, the white one.

Thanks for the votes guys :) Someone said that they thought the one with just outlines wouldn't hold up as well as the all black one over time - any info on that would be appreciated.

does anybody know anything about the history of tattoo art?
i just came across this interesting picture:

Saw this tattoo and thought it was very interesting. ^_^

Wings, I think you should get it. It's pretty small, so it won't really interfere with
the other tattoo on your back. :) (It's so lovely btw! I checked back lol)
