^ In russian it should be:

"потому что ты достойный / достойная" (male/female)

(translit: potomu chto ty dostojnyj / dostojnaja)

If you say "потому что ты достойный человек" it can apply to both sexes, since last word, "chelovek", means "person"

In french, would "qui est" like "Sheffield qui est une ville industrielle...." be retracted to qu'est? and does the same apply to qui elle to qu'elle?

no i think you only do that with "que", so "que il" would be "qu'il", and "que elle" would be "qu'elle", but "qui il" and "qui elle" stay the same. i think it's the way they have to know if it's qui or que
