fashion(ファッション) means hayari(はやり or 流行り), ryuukou(流行) in Japanese. hayari and ryuukou are same meanings

no way! are you sure it said sentimientos? cause that's the sign you get at airports and at the metro but the word that goes there is the spanish word for bags etc, that phrase makes no sense

^oh, it's a joke on the real phrase, looks like an ad for an event, basically they took the real phrase telling you to watch out for your sh*t and said instead for you to watch out for your feelings, it's quite clever actually!
