It's true that food affects the skin, but chocolate is not the food that causes me breakouts. The only food that I've noticed causing me breakouts is ice cream.
Honestly all those creams and those acne 'facts'.. oh acne isnt caused by dirt , acne isnt caused by what you eat.. BULL****!
I find whenI cleanse my face thoroughly I get little to NO breakouts. When I eat right and take the right supplements = little to no breakouts.. and yes chocolate does cause pimples.. who the hell made up these 'facts'?

it takes about 1 year for me before the red marks are completely faded, but i know that if i tan it blends in a lot faster since i have a very olive complexioni dont actually get that many breakouts (maybe 3 pimples a month) but ALL of them ALWAYS leave behind red marks that it always makes my skin look way worse than it really is, i hate it.it takes about 1 year for me before the red marks are completely faded, but i know that if i tan it blends in a lot faster since i have a very olive complexion
Honey and Sea Salt masks helped me tons.

i know, its horrible, im so ashamed of myself..
...my poor skin. last night i gave my sking a loving, thorough cleansing and treatment with skintactix, and today i woke up to wonderful, less inflamed skin...
Thanks for all of the suggestions regarding pimple prone skin _ however, I have a question? The other day a girl at Nordstrom tried to sell me the CLARO IPL Acne Device and I almost bought it. I only hesitated because it's expense. But, as I look at a large pimple on my chin I'm thinking of going back to get it. Anyone used it? The girl said IPL is what Dermatologists use. The only info I could find on the web is at their website at http://www.myclaro.com/
Thanks,
Liz
